revillage in Serbia
We are delighted to share that our first opportunity to test out the revillage concept is in collaboration with Mokrin House, a co-working/co-living space located in the north of Serbia. There are five phases/milestones for this particular initiative, which will take place between July 2023 and May 2024.
The project will involve a series of weekends and residencies in Mokrin, a leadership gathering in Belgrade, and a 1-day Festival in Belgrade between July 2023 and May 2024.
Our partners will get access to the latest leadership development programs and international thought leadership, participation in the development and testing of innovative prototypes, and access to a global community of change-makers.
Learnings from the region will be applied in other parts of the world, so this is a unique opportunity to shape, learn and form relationships that are at the core of our proposition.
Please see our various planned events below.
-
Mokrin House Retreats (2023/2024)
Throughout the project, we will host gatherings at Mokrin House, including weekend retreats and an Innovation Week, where we will bring together a diverse group of change-makers, innovators, artists, entrepreneurs, and local & global community members to reimagine our organizations, communities, how we live & work. From what emerges, we will produce a series of prototypes to be tested with a local community and partner organizations, who can then apply them to their working practices.
-
Evening of Ideas (Sept 2023)
Bringing revillage to the city, we are hosting an evening of provoking talks (5x15), conversations, poetry, philosophy slam, live music, and a multi-sensory dinner at a secret location in Belgrade. 50 invite-only guests (public and private sector, art, philosophy, science, technology) with regional and international guest speakers, all exploring the questions: What does revillage mean to you and your organizations? How can we reimagine our lives and work? What is the legacy we want to leave?
-
revillage Festival (May 2024)
We will culminate the Serbia initiative with a one-day festival for approximately 150 leaders, change-makers, dreamers, and doers. From individual to group to village to city to region to the world - how do we come together to reimagine our lives and work? Talks, workshops, music, film, art, embodiment practices, and locally sourced food. The festival will also be a showcase of the work produced at Mokrin, learnings from partnering organizations, art installation, and ideas to take forward.
