Leading Self, Leading Others is a 12-week online leadership program built on the premise that change starts with each one of us, and that solving the global challenges we are facing requires inner development: growing consciousness, awareness, empathy, and reconnecting with our creativity, imagination, and sense of possibility again. Organizations are encouraged to send one or a multiple of changemakers & innovators on this course, to learn new ways of working & leading, which they can then implement back into the organization.

reimagine retreats for leadership teams

Designed in collaboration with you to address specific challenges your leaders are facing, reimagine Leadership Retreats (3-5 days) are bespoke journeys of self-exploration, unblocking, learning (and un-learning), healing, playing and creating the space to imagine a future full of possibilities and are specifically designed to help leadership teams re-connect to themselves, to their deep-seeded purpose and to their shared vision of the future.

team offsites

With more and more teams working remotely, in-person gatherings have become more important than ever. revillage team offsites (3-5 days) offer a meaningful way to gather and explore what happens when we become more present (with ourselves and each other), remove our ‘masks’, let go of what we think we know, open the space for new insights, reconnect with our sense of curiosity & wonder and give ourselves permission to play.
